These windows were installed in the 1920's and are original to the house. The have the rope and weight system and everything seems simple to me except the copper bead that surrounds the interior sash. DO I have to tear it out and find new copper bead just like it? Where would I find this?
The weights and ropes work fine, but the windows really need painting on the exterior side and some glazing repair is in order. TIA.
