Hi, I am a new guy here, and I appreciate the information on the forum. I am currently in contract to buy a new condo, which will be built out to the upgrade specs my wife and I choose. These upgrades include flooring, appliances, fixtures, etc.
What I would like some help with are the extra things I should consider now that would be more difficult to come back and do later. Some examples would be underfloor radiant heating or a second shower head in the master shower. If anyone has any such suggestions, I would appreciate hearing from you.
