Thanks. Thus far we have
-Fixed every nail and screw hole in the house
-Removed one doorway and installed round corner bead and an archway/eyebrow
-Painted several rooms
-Hung several Fixtures
-Minor Upgrades and Shelves to Garage
-Planted 1 Palo Verde Tree
Still to do
-Epoxy Coat the garage floor and paint the garage
-Remove some carpet and lay some tile
-Finish painting the remaining rooms
and the big one. Do something with the empty dirt backyard (sans 1 Palo Verde Tree Lol)
