Does anybody know where i can purchase the wall anchor systems for basement walls? I'm pretty well a handy man and can do it myself, if i could find the anchors. Last estimate was $30,000, about flipped out, since that is more than the house itself. Everybody wants to give estimates, i just want the stuff to do it.
 
Just ask the last guy what brand or manufacturer they are getting the spec's from.
These are engineered systems and need to be evaluated on each job.
Your other option is to hire an engineer to give you the specifices of what you need and to make sure you do it correctly. That may cost a thousand or more, but well worth the documentation for when you sell.
