Ordered French doors for this opening today. The opening is 45.5" wide and 80.75" tall.
They said they would try to get an exact fit, but it might have to be an inch too tall (81.75"). I will know by early next week.
So what if it's an inch too tall? Then I have to cut one inch out of the wood on top of the opening. What tools should I use? What is the exact procedure?
