Hello everyone, new here and just bought my first home. House was built in 1958 with a garage added in 89 and furnace was removed in 91 with a new boiler system put in place. I am having a HVAC tech come out to do a tune up and all that, but I was wondering if anyone knows if the brand is decent/common problems with them. Also, the house was vacant on and off for the last two years as the former owner was elderly and in & out or nursing homes. The boiler is a Weil-McLain series 3 HE. Thanks
