after installing french drains in my finished basement, should the concrete floor go under my finished wall leaving an inch gap between my foundation wall and interior wall or should there be an inch of gravel on the inner perimeter of the interior wall? If so, how would i finish the basement flooring with tiles? How are my walls supported without cement under them?

You repair the concrete and leave an inch to the concrete wall and you build your interior wall with a 1" gap between your wood wall and the concrete wall. If the concrete wall shows alot of water it is a good idea to build yourt wall on the floor and cover the out side of it with housewrap before standing it, keeps the insulation away from the water.
