Hi All,
i have a poured cement basement in upstate NY that i would like to finish with wood 2x4s, owens corning R-13 kraft faced insulation and 1/2" drywall. Question is do i still need a 4 mil plastic vapor barrier between drywall and faced insulation? thanks for your help.

The other thread answers one part of your question,,,how to do the job right.:D
The other part of your question,,,,by installing a kraft faced paper and plastic barrier, you would be doubling up. This would fall under the big no-no. You only install one vapor barrier, toward the heated space. Paper is best...always.
Great question.:)
