OK, so we have taken all the garbage outof the house and are beging the demo part. Thanks to some good advise on here, we will be starting with the roof, and outside walls. WE have found something called the ZIP system, it seems like a good product. While we will be initially using a shingle on the roof, and vinyl siding on the house, eventually we will change the roof to metal. I'd like to know if anyone has any experience with this product.
