Minor tuck point repairs. Looks like the second brick on the right has already had an attempted repair.
Make sure you use the proper repair material or it will shrink when it cures and be of little improvement.
chip out what is loose, spray the crack with water and apply some mortar repair mix into the crack. contour it with a strike tool to make the mortar joints.
