Bottle & Foxtail palms

Just bought two foxtail palms. Looking to plant one near the house.

Also interested in a bottle palm. Anybody know if I can plant these palms near the house (about 5 ft away)?

I am in socal and local HD store selling these.

They recommend at least 6' from the house so the fronds don't hit the house.
