At bedroom bay window, there is moisture damage in the wooden platform in front of window. (there is a hole in the plateform)
we want to find someone to quote and fix it.
But we don't know which company we should find.
Is any idea about this available?

Getting a quote for this will be difficult at best. You need to have it open up to assess the damage and the cause. This could be a roof leak, poorly installed windows or no venting below the insulation under this deck. This could be as little as changing the deck or a really big deal. For starters I would just a fair size hole in the deck so you could remove some insulation and look at the framing.

You might be able to find a contractor who is aware of what might be beneath the obvious problem and provide you quote based on repairing the visible problem with a "not to exceed $" clause built into the bid to cover the unkown.

Is this bay window under a soffit overhang, or was there a roof built for it? If the latter, that would be a place to look, in addition to the potential of condensation causing it. Very common on under-insulated bay windows.
To fix it, obviously the first thin would be to identify the root cause and remedy, and then you'll probably need to add a thin layer/veneer of wood over that seat board since it is more than likely damaged beyond repair.
