Hello,

I have a tub wall mounted faucet on a clawfoot bathtub, and need a replacement cartridge. There is no visible brand.

Anyone know a good source for oddball cartridges?

Your best bet is to take some pics of the faucet and the removed cartridge, held next to a tape measure, and post them up here.
 
I don't throw out any documentation relating to things I bought and yet I still have trouble matching my papers to what I currently have in the house.
Does anyone know why these components are unmarked?

I guess one countermeasure is to attach a digital photo of the faucet to the documents. And photocopy the info on the box it came in.
