i have a bathtub that is not level. water collects on the wide rims of the tub and leaks out onto the bathroom floor.

any suggestions on how i can setup a blockade of sorts that would lead the water back into the tube?
 
Are you sure the problem is with the tub not being level, but rather just the way it is designed? But regardless of which it is, you could make things better by adhering a long strip of vinyl along the top exterior edge. I've seen some of it that comes with self-adhesive bonding surfaces--just tear the protective paper off and place firmly where you want it. Big box or specialty plumbing stores would be where to find it.
