Hello!
I live in south Texas in a 1955 "eichler-ish" mid-century modern house. I've done a fair bit of home improvement and general repair, but as a single mom of pre-school twins it is difficult to do large jobs right now. I can generally do most of the minor "fix-it" repairs and have successfully acomplished most of the larger projects I've undertaken. I'm in the middle of dealing with termites at the moment which has overshadowed all the other repair and improvement projects right now.
