Our hood died so wife is about to have a duck. We want a high quality unit. Price max is $450. Preferred brand is Broan unless you say otherwise. Need a convertible hood as it must be installed ventless due lack of space for ducting. Must be white, 30" width. Sears Kenmore Elite electric range.
Authentic Cajun food cooking. Country food cooking. Intense flavor scented air. Little smoke. Moderate to high steam. Minimal to no frying. Oven emits heat vapor (not smoke) to range hood. Moderate to high use of broiler. Broiler emits smoke and heat.
