may 21st. i was digging a post hole and had the worst pain in my belly I have ever felt. I just yelled get me an ambulance.
i slipped into a 3-week coma then ICU for 2 weeks. I got home last night with
a vAcuum wound pump on my butt and chest plus a couple of tubes sticking out of my stomach.
stomach had a hole in it where it connects to duodenum
surgeon did not expect me to pull thru, but I kicked the reapers ***..

I was on some really powerfull drugs, so if anyone got a weird calll from me
talking crazy. disregard. i thought i was off shore deep sea fishing
 
bumpy road ahead, and i refuse to be derailed. when the phys therapist told me to do 10 leg lifts
and count them out. i gave him 10 with an extra 5 "I" ''want'' ''out'' ''of'' ''here''
 
Now I am upset, if I wasn't on a deep sea fishing trip with you than who was I with?

Glad you are getting better.
 
Oh man, I was wondering what had happened. I'd heard you were in the hospital but didn't know it was that dire. I'm so glad you pulled through and that you're back!

I can't think of a better way to spend recovery time than right here at HRT....................oh, wait, I just thought of three or four. :rofl:
