My house is ten years old last year we started having trouble with the dirt around the house cracking and sifting down under the house . We watered and filled in the cracks every few days, with sand . Just before it got so hot this year we noticed that the gap between the ceiling and the wall had all but closed up . It is happening again this year . we are in south central Oklahoma and have not had any rain. When the house was built they brought in 16 loads of dirt and built up the area for the foundation, but they didn't water it at all. My ceiling is separating from the wallsagain and I have some cracks in the ceiling. What should I do ?
