I an in the office of purchasing a condo and looking for ways to improve my carbon footprint. With Hoa controlling the exterior my options are limited as compared to houses most disadvantage bring unable to install solar panels. I am contemplating on what other options I have as I finding feed myself a big environmentally conscious being. Types of stuff I am planning to do is to get a the thermal camera look around the unit and look for thermal leaks and possible upgrade to windows. I also looked for any solar panel can be installed on balcony and windows. I will also be changing all light bulbs to energy efficient. More than that I am not sure. If you own a condo and did the similar steps please share your experience in this thread.
