I'll be putting in 2 sinks(kitchen, bath), a toilet, and a shower in the 20' x 24' apartment space. The floor is on 2 x 6 joists. Is there room enough to run a drain through one of the joist bays and down an inside?outside? wall and out to the septic tank? Will one vent stack be enough?
