I recently had a sun room constructed over a newly poured raised concrete slab. The concrete has a lightly brushed surface. I want to retain the lightly roughened surface of the concrete. Is there a type of concrete coating (stain/sealer, paint or epoxy) that would not result in a smooth finish?

I have used both solvent based and water based products like this, waterbased seems to stand up better and with both we tinted them black at a paint store with regular paint colour. The solvent based stuff has a smell that is deadly until it drys, I wouldn't use it inside.
