I have a GE Profile bottom freezer fridge. Like I have discovered on this site. the condensor fan motor seems to have issues; mine is no different. I have a new fan motor hooked it up it will not come on. we have tested and we have volts... We ahve tested and we have continuity between the white and red wire, but none between the white and yellow wire.. Should we have continunity between the whtie and yellow as well? If you manually spin the fan blade there is a blip on the meter but it just blips andis gone... Can some one PLEASE help, i really don't have the money to buy motor that are bad before I even get my hands on them...THAKNS!!!

Most likely that fridge has an electronic control that determines when the motor comes on and when it doesn't (to save electricity and make the fridge more energy efficient), and that's probably what that third wire is for (to control the motor and maybe it's speed, too).
The spinning of the motor impeller causes a blip on your volt meter only because you're using that motor as a generator when you spin it manually, so I'd call that normal.
If you don't get any further responses from the folks in this forum, it's probably because they're simply not familiar enough with your particular fridge to answer your questions. But, there are self help forums at both:
