I'm installing 1/2 inch solid wood T&G flooring on the sides of my wet bar. I will be attaching to 3/4 inch ply. Can I use a standard 18ga brad nailer to secure to the ply. Approximately 36 sq ft total. Thanks!
 
I don't see a problem with that, you might want a little glue in there too and welcome to the site.

Yes, Mann is right. Use PL Premium or equivalent on backside of each plank. Don't glue to T&G. You aren't going to face nail, are you?
 
I use a narrow crown pneumatic staple gun for this type job. It hold better without gluing, the tip fits perfect and the head sets just far enough below the surface that it does not get in the way.
