Angle stops, the kind that only rotate 1/4th turn.
A rug.
Lighting judged as flattering by women.

The holes in the vanity for the pipes are difficult to locate because the drain needs to pitch down slightly. You could oversize the holes vertically (slots) and then make two cover plates from thin plywood that slide together like scissors to keep out mice.

To find exact pipe ODs, cut a strip of paper, make two marks whose distance apart is the pipe circumference and then divide by PI. Nominal ODs are not equal to actual ODs. Make the hole diameter 1/8" too large and caulk the difference.

Calipers? We don't need no stinkin' calipers! :D

If you tile the shower area, thinset for the walls plus grout and grout sealer
If you tile the floor, thinset and grout and sealer for the floor.
Need in-floor heating? Plan on the mesh, the wiring, the controller
Baseboard
Framed mirror (or two) ... nobody uses those huge plate mirrors anymore (so 1980's)
Magazines? if you are taking that long, eat more vegetables and get it going! :D
