I recently painted a room in my new home, I thought I had the walls ''wood paneling'' clean enough but I guess not. The previous owner smoked and there was some type of brown fillth on the walls. It is running through the paint Im on my 2nd coat and you can still see it. I have been useing cheap paint from walmart, what should I do. Upgrade paint, primer over those first to layers. Any help would be great thanks

Sorry if my grammer and spelling is bad :D

Definitely sounds like you didn't get the paneling clean enough. You should knock the clear finish off the paneling prior to painting to get good adhesion (TSP and/or light sanding). Always use a quality primer/sealer before painting paneling. At this point, I guess you have limited options but, to hit it with a coat of Kilz2 and see if that will seal up the problem.
Good Luck.
