paint..rustoleum protective enamel
surface, dewalt metal drill box
I cleaned the box with a rag and alchol
then painted the box.
3 sides and the back dried with no problems
the front and 1 side refused to dry, 4 days later and still tacky
WTH???? any thoughts?
