Hello, I have several cracks in my brick wall starting in the bottom corners of a window and going down diagonally away from it. I've been looking around for quotes to get it repaired, and the last guy I talked to suggested a control joint under the window. I was wondering if that is something commonly done with this type of damage on a house.
