Both the inducer motor and collector box have water leaks which is why there is no water flowing through the condensation tube. The water has saturated the circuit board. All of this has caused my 27 year old furnace to sound like it's having trouble turning over. I'm told all three parts will need to replaced, if the parts are even available. Is there any way to repair the leaks and just let the board dry out for the furnace to return to normal operation? Or could these be internal flaws?

I've repaired both items before.
Remove the inducer motor & housing, take it apart and apply high temp RTV silicone to the mating surfaces and reassemble.
Same for the collector box.
Saved over $500 with a $5 tube of silicone.
