My first boss was a Lithuanian and have also met many friends years later from Latvia and Estonia, while I was in Belarus and also was in Riga.
Great countries and even better people. Too bad not many people are familiar with the local countries and traditions (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) that all are close but have different histories. - Sort of a mix between Polish, Scandinavian and Russian, but very good.
