Hello,

I have a food truck that I am building and I am in the process of wiring the generator into the breaker panel. I do not see a ground bar in my breaker box and wondering do I just ground to the box itself?

Here is a link to the panel manual.

Here is a picture of my setup.

Ground the box to the truck chassis and then you can ground your circuits to the box

The green wire is coming from the generator ground which is sitting on a metal frame that is welded to the truck frame. So if I just buy a ground bar, screw it to the box and hook the green wire to it than I should be good, correct? Than I can use the bar for all my ground wires.

just make sure that the location you ground to is connected to wherever the ground for the generator is grounded.
The location may be isolated by things like rubber bushings on the box of the truck.
