Is this a load bearing structure?

Hey everyone,
I've got this 80's looking structure in my entry way. I want to take it out, but wondering if it isn't also supporting the attic. Any ideas? Attached a few pictures here. Any input would be great and I appreciate anyone who has an opinion to share on this!

Welcome to the site
Generally load bearing structure are built in while framing is done. This is just decoration.

Get out your saw and lose that mess ! It is artificial and not structural.
