I attach a hand-held shower thing to the diverter on my tub's faucet to wash my dog. The problem is, my bathroom is old (I'm guessing it was redone in the late '80s or early '90s), and when I was detaching the hand-held thing this morning, it broke the plastic diverter off the tub faucet.
It looks similar to this:
Part of the plastic broke off into the hand-held hose, and the other part stayed in the faucet.
Are there any decent hand-held shower devices that will just plug into the faucet's mouth, so I don't have to replace the faucet? Or would it just be less headache to replace the faucet?
