I noticed a leak at the base of my faucet where the neck attaches to the base. It actually came unscrewed and I assumed that was the source of the leak.

But when I reattached the goose neck spout, it continued to have a small leak.
I noticed this white flange that was separated or broke?

I am not sure if the white is actually broken or not, of if it is supposed to look that way?

If it's defective, do I have to install an entirely new faucet? IT's a Delta and only 2 years old.

Give Delta a call and I'm sure they will send you replacement parts. Also ask them for new o rings as well. They are pretty understanding when sending out free repair parts.
