Ballpark Cost of Moving Mature Tree?

I am trying to figure out what might be a ballpark cost to move a mature tree. Say, a 60' tall Black Walnut, moved about 20 miles. Easy access at each location. I read about it on several sites and realize it would require a specially equipped truck to dig the hole, then dig and uproot the tree and transport it, plus before and after care. I've left messages for two places I was given by a local Arboretum, but no replies.

I know every situation is different, but I'd be interested in hearing from anyone with experience with these subjects.
