Hey, yo. I'm renovating a foreclosure and doing as much of the work myself as I can. I'm a fairly quick learner and have lots of and lots of work experience in things that have nothing to do with renovating a house. 
I have done some cosmetic work and muddled my way through a bathroom gut and remodel by myself. Learned some stuff to not do at that time. I have all the skills necessary to really get hurt, but that won't stop me. I look forward to getting my questions answered in the forums.
I think I go to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards more often than I go to the bathroom right now...
