I have installed a new door and the right hand jamb is tight against an inside corner so there is no room for casing. Should i put the trim on the perpendicular wall or leave it off or ?? i could cut down a piece, but all of the other doors are cased with 3.5 inch trim and i only have room for 1 inch on the right hand side.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.:help:

Use a table saw and rip the trim down to where you can mount it with mitering the corners for a finished look.

Ripping down the trim on a table saw is the only way to have it look good
