Brand new to the site, but I really like what I have seen so far. By trade I am a contractor that specializes in water and mold mitigation/ restoration. Don't worry, I'm not here to spam or promote any buisness stuff, I've got more than enough work to keep me busy. 
I have a passion for the DIY stuff, always have, always will. In my former life I had a very comfortable desk with a coffee pot close by. I traded it all in to do what I love and work on houses, and since then life has been rather enjoyable.
Anyway, I know some things but like everyone else, I want to learn much more and look forward to getting advice from everyone on the board and chatting about projects.
