Hi everyone! Really needing help trying to find a suitable replacement HVAC.

I am in zone 2 with 1350 Sq ft. Online sources indicate a 2.5T is the appropriate size.

I currently have a PGB024075-1 REV A (2 Ton) setup for Nat. Gas that was installed when the house was built new in 1998. Specs on this are:
Cooling Cap. 24k BTU
Heating Cap. 56.6k
10 SEER
CFM (Nominal) 900
Max Overcurrrent Protection 25 Amp
Min. Circuit Cap 17.9 Amp
208/230

I am trying to confirm if this is an appropriate replacement unit.

This unit (GPG1430060M41) has the following specs:
Cooling cAp.
28,500
Heatin Input 60k
Heating Output 48k
Seer/EER 14/11
AFUE 81
Blower Motor Type EEM-X13
3 burner
410A
3/4 Drain
208/230/60
Max Breaker Size 35 Amp

Would certainly appreciate some input. Thanks everyone.
