When I am watching an item on ebay, I sometimes have a strange problem. When the item is "counting down"--- time left, although it is in red print, less then One hour left, and I am logged in, it does not count down.:confused: I have to constantly refresh to get accurate time left.:(

This doesn't happen all the time, just most of the time.
Any suggestions? ​
 
are you viewing the item ? or are you in your "watched" items.


mine doesnt count down unless im actually the highest bidder and on the items page.
 
It might also help if you can tell us which browser you are using and if you have javascript enabled.

Are you using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or something else?

Do you know if javascript is disabled? (If you don't know the answer, your javascript is probably fine)
 
Please ensure you are on a modern browser with javascript enabled as previously said.

Older browsers wont support more advanced features such as the count down.
