I have a York Stellar Plus Model P2UDD06N03801A furnace, first year that high efficiency came out so its pretty old and its cracked where the hose attached so that the condensation coming out of the furnance doesn't go into the hose, it leaks right unto the floor. what part do I need to replace, is it a condensate pump box? can i try to glue it back together?
