So I have bought the money pit....first order of business is locate leaks and replace boiler. The boiler I have now learned was submerged and needs replacing. The pipes may have burst and no idea if radiators have leaks too. No central air so should I convert and run the duct now or is it best to stick it out with the boiler system and run ac thru attic later? There's about 8 zones on the system and the bleeders are easily located upstairs rooms...
