I have a decently sized concrete patio. I would like to power wash it but am afraid as it is flaking in certain areas. I am going to try spraying with a bleach mixture. I will let it sit briefly then just hose it off. After that I would like to spray on some type of concrete sealer to keep it from flaking further. Two questions: 1) any problems with my approach? and 2) any suggestions for what to seal the concrete with after it is clean?
