Iron Bath Tab has a leak. I have attached the photos.
My attempt to remove the silver drain in the bath keeps rotating but does not come off. I watched few you tube posting and thought of removing this silver drain from bath to put plumber's putty but it keeps rotating and some cement like clay seeps out at the edge of this rotating drain.
Photos from under the bath shows the leak attached.

I also have a video but do not know how to attach in this post.
Can any one help me please

Have you tried tightening up that white PVC collar just under the drain? At least some of the drips may be coming from there.
Thank for your time and suggestion.

It is tight and could not tight any further.

If you have time look at the You Tube post of mine in the 2nd post..The leak is fairly steady and large.
I could not remove the strainer inside the bath-keeps rotating and some gravelly material seeps out >
From bottom up I could see some ping rubber at the neck where leak is visible.

from the picture. cut out the trap, replace it. remove the shoe nut, re puddy it and put back
