just what you see there brown board, it is hanging on the ceiling by the trim on the edges, so it could come down easily in think in a couple of pieces.
I guess spray it down with some water is simple enough. It's high up 15ft in the side basement entrance way. I guess they might have thought to fire proof it?
I could leave it in but i'm trying to gut every bit out. The strapping is slightly infected with this fungus, it is really vague but it's there.
I think i just stick the hose up there, not much electrical around but a switch but i'll turn it all off to be safe. What happens if a box gets wet?
