Hello,
I'm new in here and find this place interesting..
Sorry, been here a little while but figured I would finally do a proper Intro...
I'm a Landlord with 8 houses, a Flipper and have been remodeling for about the last 20 years.. It's a great feeling of accomplishment turning an old run down house into something beautiful that people really want to live in..
Can't stand to pay people so I do all the work myself with a few good Laborers..
I also don't like to pay Architects so have leaned how to draw up plans myself using MS Visio... great application..
