I really need some help fixing this floor plan. It has this weird room in the center of the house and I'm not really sure what to do with it. The load bearing walls are the one that the laundry is up against and the one in between the weird center bedroom and the family room. If any one can offer some suggestions on how to utilize the weird room and modernize the floor plan in a functional way that will help the resale value, I would greatly appreciate it.
