I have one of these maybe 2 yr old and it works but only picks up about 50% of the water that it did when it was new. The vacuum path (two clear plastic pieces) has been rinsed and cleared of hair/fibers. I emailed Bissell and they responded with some suggestions but most I had already tried and none worked. This is in the normal "floor" mode.
