My daughter and her family just moved in with us last month, and my grandson has already slipped in the kitchen and hit his head twice. I’ve tried a few things, but they’ve worn off quickly. Does anyone on here know of a good anti-slip treatment that lasts and is safe for children?

My wife and I tried a product called Johnny Grip on our bathroom floor and it definitely did the job. It's lasted months with no problems whatsoever.

I checked out their website and found out that it doesn’t work on linoleum, which is what we have in the kitchen. Thanks anyway. Any other suggestions?

Hate to sound gruff ... gravity is a stern teacher. He has to learn how to walk and run without falling down. Maybe it is the shoes? Running around in socks? Honestly, we cannot make life risk-free.

Instead of messing up your floor, why not let him out grow this phase by learning how NOT to slip and fall?
