H,C,V mode have set fan-speed.(Use Honeyewll R7428C)

My English is poor.

I'm have a need for controller the select Heater mode and Cool mode, and fan-speed(controller Low, Mid , High speed), and Group mode controller fan on/off
but use modbus is Honeywell R7428C, and human-computer interface Honeywell XI333-CSE, and software Honewell SmartBuilder.

First: R7428C controller only cool mode, but heater mode run?, and sometime controller fan-speed.

Second:Human-computer interface command Group mode? and software function have support?

Third:Maintain the Ventilation mode, sometime set fan-speed?
