I"m starting a remodel of my bathroom. Also looking to improve insulation and a couple of DIY projects. :)
 
He may be busily looking for his mailbox and changing his zip code for the newly created community of "GLEN-COVE" because Glendora has washed down Azusa Ave into Covina.
 
I was unaware how close you live to my neck of the woods. Unfortunately, Glendora is about 3 miles east of Azusa Ave, and could never wash down onto Azusa Ave. ;)

Here on the truly left coast, pushing back against the dismalcrates at every opportunity.

It's the closest major conduit.
